PICKUP & DELIVERY:

All PIFT Drop 001 orders are collected in person — this is a pickup-only pre-order, not a shipped delivery.

📍 Venue: Playpen School
📅 Date: Thursday, October 1st, 2026
🕘 Time: Distribution starts 2:00 PM

Please arrive with your order details ready (order confirmation email or your order number) so we can find and hand over your merch quickly.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

If you selected Cash on Delivery at checkout, please note the following before pickup day:

You must bring the exact amount you owe for your order. We will not be able to provide change if you bring more than the required amount.
You must bring either the mobile number or the email address you used to place your order, so we can verify and locate it.

Orders without the correct payment amount or verification details may not be able to be collected on the spot.

bKash PAYMENT:

If you paid via bKash, please bring the following at pickup:

A clear screenshot of your bKash transaction confirming the payment.
The email address you used to place your order.

Both are required to verify your payment and release your order.

CAN'T MAKE IT ON PICKUP DAY?

If you're unable to collect your order yourself on October 1st, you may send someone else on your behalf — a friend, sibling, or family member — as long as they bring your complete order details (order number, and either your email or mobile number used at checkout) to verify the order is theirs to collect.

If you know in advance that you won't be able to come, please email us before October 1st at contact@piftmerch.com letting us know, so we can make sure everything is ready for your replacement pickup.
